I’m actually ex-directory, so I wasn’t expecting that call. Since it was from a local number, I picked up. They told me my internet was at risk because of some hacking scam and said to press 1 to sort it out. As soon as they said that, I hung up straight away. Then my daughter tried calling me from her work phone and all she got was a beep, no busy signal or anything.
