I received a call from this number, and I must say, it was rather alarming as the caller seemed to know my name. An Indian gentleman, introducing himself as Albert - though his accent was incredibly thick. He began to ramble on about a virus, and in jest, I remarked, “Blimey, it’s probably from all the adult content I download." Suddenly, he hung up on me! I picked up when this number rang and could hear what sounded like a busy office or call centre in the background. Nobody said anything at first, so I ended up hanging up pretty quick.

Got a call from someone about my computer having viruses, trying to push some software on me. Their accent was definitely not british, even tho they said they were from central London. Felt a bit off to me.

This number didn’t ring any bells. Tried calling it back a few times, but the call wouldn’t go through (made sure I’d got the digits right). Feels like they’re using a fake caller ID to dodge any return calls. It’s cheeky - they’re happy to keep ringing you, but nowhere to be found when you want answers. Had a look on a bunch of reverse lookup sites but didn’t spot it anywhere.

Complete con! They attempted to persuade me into visiting certain websites on my computer. I couldn’t help but chuckle and simply disconnected the call. The person’s English was dreadful, and their attitude was off-putting and aggressive. I’d certainly terminate the call again without hesitation!

Absolutely infuriating, these chaps peddling dodgy software! I’ve taken to branding them as fraudsters and thieves-seems to ruffle their feathers something fierce, and they tend to cut off the line before long! I must confess, I rather enjoy a good back-and-forth with them. The last caller was from a so-called tech firm, but I could barely decipher what the lady was saying with her thick accent. Quite the spectacle, really!
