I received a bizarre automated phone call from a lady's voice informing me that roughly £300 had been debited from my bank account for an Amazon transaction and another £1,100 was supposedly sent as an international transfer. It was the typical rigmarole, with prompts like "press 2" to respond. I didn't engage and promptly hung up the phone instead.
