Saw the number 07711956159 pop up but wasn’t familiar with it, so I decided to let it ring out.

I didn't recognise the number, so I gave it a miss. Seems like it might be a scam of some sort, doesn’t it?

I've recently gotten a text on my work Teams that was quite akin to what another reviewer mentioned. This message came from the same number, stating there were two doubtful transactions linked to my card—one purportedly from Amazon and another involving a bank transfer. It was asking me to hit 1 to permit the transactions or 2 to chat with their team. Rather dodgy, if you ask me!

A person rang me, asserting they were calling from my bank, saying there'd been a charge from Amazon and that an international bank transfer was also in the works. I've since blocked the number.
