I received a call from someone claiming to be Alex, wanting to speak with the owner of the business. I gave him my first name and asked how I could assist, but it seemed he wasn’t keen on the way things were going, as he abruptly ended the call. I've since blocked him.

I picked up the phone, but the caller seemed a bit lost when it came to identifying their company. They posed some rather ambiguous questions, and as soon as I mentioned that I wasn't in a position to make any financial choices for our business, they abruptly ended the call. Quite perplexing, really!

I picked up the phone and heard the caller say a few words before they abruptly hung up. After checking the reviews on this site, it seems it was likely a SCAM or some dodgy scheme. I've gone ahead and blocked the number straight away.

I've had a barrage of calls from this number - it's high time I put a stop to it and blocked them!

I received a call purporting to be from 118 Financial. What a load of rubbish! Clearly a scam.

Received a message purporting to be from HMRC, suggesting I have a tax refund waiting for me. They’ve provided a link to click on to retrieve it. The catch? I don’t even pay taxes! Definitely a scam—stay vigilant, everyone!
