I received a call from a woman claiming to be from some Asian background, insisting that I was eligible for a government grant for cavity wall insulation. When I mentioned that I don’t have a permanent residence abroad, she insisted it was irrelevant and that I still qualified. At that point, I had had enough - I promptly ended the call and blocked her number.
