I received a dodgy call from a company claiming to be Virgin Media, but I’m certain they’re not the real deal. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

I received a call claiming to be from Virgin Media. So, I challenged them, asking, "If you're genuinely from Virgin Media, then surely you know my name?" And just like that, they hung up! I tend to use that line whenever someone claims to be from Virgin. The real Virgin Media always introduces themselves with your name when they ring, don't they?
