From what I can tell, these callers seem to be based in India. They kept ringing me up, asking if I had any loans or stuff like that. Then they started going on about helping me get my PPI money back or something similar. Quite annoying, honestly.

I keep getting calls from a bloke named Steve Clarke. He’s been relentless, and despite my attempts to politely tell him to leave me alone, he just won’t take the hint. It’s gotten to the point where I've lost my cool and snapped at him over the phone, yet he still keeps ringing me up. It’s beyond frustrating!

Kept getting calls about PPI claims. The caller seemed to know quite a bit, so at first I thought it could be real. When they asked to speak to my colleague, I just ended the call.

I got a call from a guy who said his name was Kevin and claimed he was ringing from Barclays Bank in London. He told me I was owed about £3100 from a loan I supposedly took out 7 or 8 years back and asked if I remembered it. I told him I’ve never had a Barclays account or any loan with them, and then he just hung up on me. Weird thing is, he did have my details - name, address, even my postcode. Definitely adding this number to my blocked list.

I received a rather peculiar call from an Asian gentleman, who insisted that I was entitled to some form of compensation due to an accident I purportedly experienced. I firmly informed him that I hadn't been involved in any accident at all, then decided to end the conversation. Utterly exasperating!

An Asian gentleman, sporting a rather British-sounding name, rang me up claiming there was a cheque on its way for a PPI reimbursement from TSB. I simply told him to post it over, thinking it rather amusing since I've never taken out a loan from any bank. I kept the conversation going for as long as possible just for a laugh. Eventually, he seemed to lose his patience and ended the call. Quite a peculiar encounter!

This guy with an accent called, claiming I was due £3000 from some loan. What creeped me out was how much he seemed to know about me. He said he’d post a cheque since he already had my address. He wanted me to spell my first name, but I told him to never call me again cause I wasn’t having any of it. Despite that, he kept ringing me like five times, begging for a chance to talk, but I just hung up straight away every time. Then, out of nowhere, he shouted, clearly frustrated, “F*** off, stop wasting my time!” Quite the odd call!

Got a call from this number, some Asian bloke telling me I’m owed £3000 from PPI. Said his name was Sean O’Brian. I had a right chuckle over that. After a bit, he got annoyed and told me to get lost. So I told him to do one, you know, properly rude. Sorted.

I had to inform the authorities due to a series of relentless phone calls from the same individual, who repeatedly asked to speak to a woman. Disturbingly, it sounded as if he was saying “to cum inside”, which raised major alarms. It felt like he was lurking nearby, keeping an eye on us. Quite unsettling, to say the least.

I’ve had 2 calls over the past couple of days, maybe even more that I missed. The first bloke said he was James Clarke, then the next caller gave the name John Wilson. Both times I couldn’t help but laugh and told them, “Yeah right, no you’re not.” They both spoke with quite a thick Asian accent. After that, I asked them nicely to take my number off their list.

Got a call from a guy sounding Indian who claimed I had £1500 left from a loan I supposedly took in 2005. When I asked which company it was with, he couldn’t give me any details, so I ended the call. Then, he immediately called back just to shout "f### yourself!" at me. Strange experience for sure.

Got a call from someone who said he was "Sam" and working for a UK finance company. He told me I was owed over £1000 because of some old loan from 2004 that included PPI. When I asked which bank the loan was with, he said Lloyds TSB. That caught me off guard since I’ve never had any dealings with that bank. I pointed that out and he just cut the call straight away. Definitely a scam in my opinion.

Got a call from someone saying his name was George, claiming he's from some UK government refund team. When I asked which department exactly, he said "London department." I straight up told him there's no such thing, and he suddenly got really rude, swearing at me. I told him off for being abusive and ended the call, then blocked the number. Funny thing is, this number doesn’t even have the right amount of digits for a valid UK phone number. Honestly, just ignore and block these calls. It’s worrying how they pretend to be from the government like that!

I've been receiving calls from this number repeatedly, and I inadvertently picked up once. The chap on the other end was rather difficult to comprehend, but he insisted I had been involved in an accident, which was definitely not the case. I repeatedly informed him otherwise. He became rather aggressive and overly assertive when I requested him to take my number off their list. In the end, he just terminated the call. And to my annoyance, they’ve attempted to reach me once more!

Some bloke with an Asian accent said his name was Michael, tried telling me I could claim PPI from a credit card I supposedly took out in 2005. I told him to quit the nonsense since I never owned a credit card back then. He just dropped the call after that. I’m on the TPS list but still have to block these nuisance calls. When the phone rang, I picked up and straight away asked who they were and where they'd found my number. I wanted to know who had handed over my info. Instead of a proper answer, they just replied in a language I couldn’t make out, but I caught the words "F### OFF."

Got a call from what sounded like an offshore call centre pushing me to claim PPI on some ancient loan. The details they gave about the loan didn't seem legit at all, felt made up just so they could sell me leads and probably score commission from a UK PPI claims firm. Turns out it was Etico from Sheffield behind it all.

I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent saying I might be able to get PPI compensation, even though I'd already sorted that out ages ago. He said there'd been a mix-up in the wording on my old loan, and that if I passed some details to his manager, they’d sort the claim. I told him I’d have a look through my documents before doing anything, but he said there was no pressure and no commitment involved, just paperwork being sent over. After that, I decided to just end the call.

There’s been a woman ringing me up loads of times looking for a person who doesn’t even live here. Every time she calls, it’s some foreign-sounding voice on the line. And without fail, she just hangs up as soon as I answer. It’s happened like 10 or 12 times now.

I found out this number is from NTT Communications, a Japanese telecom firm that also operates in India. When I got a call from them, I just told them they had the wrong number and quickly ended the call.
