got a call from someone speaking with an Indian accent saying they were from BT. they told me there were 'engineers' nearby and somehow they'd spotted strange activity on my router, coming from overseas IP addresses. they said they'd be sending someone round within two days to swap out my router. total scam, looks like these con artists are finding ways around BT's caller protect. lucky i didn't fall for it!
