Had a call yesterday from a dodgy number 01239 613650 claiming to be BT Openreach. They said my broadband was slow and told me to reset my router or log in with a code they’d give me. Total scam. I’ve seen this happen loads of times before. Reported it to BT straight away and activated Call Protect, but they always ring from a new number. Remember, your internet provider won’t just randomly phone you asking to do stuff like this. And whatever you do, don’t give out any security details!
