Got a call on my mum’s phone from someone claiming to be from Sky Mobile. They asked for her email and username, saying they were sending a new Sky 5G sim and that the monthly bill would go down starting next month. They also wanted to reset the Sky password and told her not to change any account info over the next week as it would “affect the sim delivery.” My mum rang Sky's official customer service who said it’s definitely a scam and that Sky wouldn’t ring for stuff like this. Make sure to block and report that number!
