Looks like this is a Bolton landline, if I'm not wrong. Since this comment was put up, there have been about 20 calls reported. The first ones apparently started around the 13th January. Someone mentioned it might be linked to a "claim management service," which sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from a lady saying something about a car crash not being my fault, asked if that’s true. I just said no and ended the call straight away. This happened around 12:10 on 13th Jan 2022, number was from Bolton.

They kept ringing me back to back, even though I was already talking to someone else. I just ignored the calls at first, then looked up the number online and decided it was some sort of claim management company. ended up blocking it, couldn’t bother with the hassle.
