Somebody phoned pretending to be from a debt support service. I told them to erase my info and asked them not to ring me again, but they flat out refused. I asked what was the reason for the refusal, but never got a proper answer. In the end, I just hung up and they dialled back immediately. I kept ending the calls until I finally blocked their number - it was pure pestering.

I requested that they remove my information from their records and made it clear that I didn’t wish to receive any further communications. To my shock, the chap on the other end simply refused. When I pressed him for clarification on his 'no', I ended up just hanging up. He promptly rang me again, and I kept cutting the call until I decided to block the number altogether. It was nothing short of relentless harassment!
