There was this weird pause before they spoke, which instantly made me suspicious. They claimed to be from Sky and asked if I was someone else, but I couldn’t really catch what they were saying. As soon as I said no, they just ended the call. Definitely felt like a phishing attempt.

Got a call out of the blue from someone claiming to be from Sky, going on about my bills and wanting loads of personal info. They kept pushing me to ring them back at 10pm, which seemed odd. The person just kept recycling the same lines like they had a script in front of them. They were after my email, my phone number, and even payment details, which felt really sketchy. I never gave them a single thing since they couldn’t even verify my name, and I don’t even have a Sky account under my name anyway. Definitely dodgy, steer clear of this number!
