Somebody rang me up saying they were from O2, trying to sell me an upgrade on my phone plan I wasn’t bothered about. Then they mentioned a 30% discount on my tariff which I stupidly said yes to. They asked for some basic details, and next thing I know, they've managed to get into my account and ordered two iPhone 11 Pro Max devices. Luckily, the fraud got spotted since the delivery addresses weren’t mine and the orders didn’t go through.
