We received a call from this company trying to get our business to subscribe to their directory. We clearly explained we weren’t interested and hung up. Almost immediately, the same lady called back and rudely exclaimed “F***ing idiot” before disconnecting again. We had their number from Vodafone so we decided to ring them back, hoping to speak with a manager about the incident. As soon as we explained the situation, there was no attempt at an apology or any sort of clarification. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!
