I received a call from Net Pets, and let me tell you, steer clear of them! Do not purchase anything from this lot! They fail miserably at sticking to their delivery times and won’t bother to reach out to you regarding any issues. It’s been nearly a week and I’m still left hanging. All I’ve been met with is a pre-recorded message when I've tried to get in touch. It really feels like they just pocket your cash and completely ignore their obligations.

I absolutely cannot recommend Net Pets. Honestly, steer clear of purchasing anything from them! They’ve been nothing but trouble. From the moment I had a problem, they went completely silent and never bothered to give me a bell to sort it out. It’s been nearly a month now, and all I've received are pre-recorded messages. They seem to be great at taking your cash but appalling when it comes to actually delivering the goods. Simply put, it’s been a right headache!
