So I got a voicemail from this number, supposedly from the BT shop, about something I’d ordered not long ago. They said they’ll ring me again later. I tried ringing them back but couldn’t get through, so I’m just waiting for their callback now. Glad to know it’s a legit call.

I just got a call and the person hung up as soon as I picked up. I've only just switched to BT recently, so if this is some kind of sneaky tactic, I'm definitely gonna make sure everyone knows about it. Calls where someone answers but then says nothing? That's plain harassment in my book.
