When I asked where this Energy Advice Centre was based, they said Bolton. Once I told them I lived near Bolton, the bloke suddenly started acting like he couldn’t hear me and then hung up. Had a thick Indian accent, kept trying to throw me off by making me repeat stuff. The moment I questioned them, he got all flustered and rushed with his answers.
