They've been ringing me like crazy every day this past week, I never picked up and they never bothered to drop a message either.

I got a call from someone saying the person I was in a crash with earlier this year had filed an injury claim. They knew the name of the other driver and said they could assist me with the claim, even asking who else was in the car. When I said, “Doesn’t your insurance firm already know who was there?” they just hung up. I tried calling back but couldn’t get through. Not sure how they had my details or info about the accident - shouldn’t be allowed, really. It was a really rough time for me, and having it brought up again was hurtful. Best to just ignore and block the number.
