It’s definitely a dodgy operation. This lot from India have managed to snag loads of UK landlines, particularly from Bolton. They’ve got a whole range of deceptive pitches up their sleeves-everything from home improvements to solar panels and even benefits advice. Somehow, they’ve got hold of your name and are relentless in their pursuit. Best to steer clear and block them on all fronts!

Total scam, they are actually calling from India, not Bolton at all. These people have bought loads of UK landline numbers and use them to try and trick you with all sorts of offers, like home repairs or solar panels. Best thing to do is block this number straight away, but heads up - they have plenty more numbers they use too. Avoid them at all costs!

I've been targeted by a bunch of scammers operating out of an Indian call centre, masquerading as lenders, recovery agents, and energy suppliers. They try to lure you in with what they claim are unbeatable offers, and in their relentless quest, they just want your bank details. It's quite alarming how they focus on snagging your credit card info for a one-off fee that can run into the thousands! They often use dialling codes from Manchester, and it’s worth noting that you can pick up a UK landline number for as little as £5. It's a bit sneaky how they can also make calls from mobiles while utilizing a landline number that rings through to your phone. 📱

Best to just block these numbers and steer well clear of them!
