Got a call from someone saying they're with HMRC and I was due a tax refund. They sent a link to click on to get the money. Thing is, I don’t even pay tax! Definitely looks like a scam, so watch out everyone.

I received a call from a lady named 'Kate' with an Indian accent who quizzed me about the products and services I currently utilize. Strangely enough, she seemed to have access to my old address and pressured me for my home address and date of birth. She claimed it would only take 40 seconds, but it felt like an eternity as she rambled through her script. The number was from Bolton, which made me suspicious about its authenticity. She mentioned a company called Poll Max, but I wasn’t convinced. I simply told her not to ring me again and ended the conversation.
