Just got another call claiming to be from TalkTalk’s IT support - total scam from someone abroad. TalkTalk really need to step up and track where these calls are coming from to stop them reaching people. It’s frustrating that they allow this rubbish to go on, honestly thinking about a group lawsuit. Surely they’ve got the tools to handle this, why don’t they use them?
