Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT telling me my internet was acting up. He said it seemed slow and might have been hacked or something, so he planned to switch it off and put it into some sort of safe mode. Asked me a couple of things about how I used the internet and if I had a computer, which I said no to. Then, suddenly, he just ended the call. Made me feel pretty uneasy.
