Had a really pushy call from someone called Louise at Direct Response Unit. She refused to remove my number from their list, didn’t want to give me her last name or connect me to a manager. She kept demanding more details about me and then rudely said she’d ring again if I didn’t share more right away! Felt like harassment and probably trying to steal personal info.
