Got a call from this company and right away they asked if I’d sorted my will out, no intro or nothing! I told them that’s none of their business and mentioned I’m registered with the TPS. The person on the line said I didn’t have to shout, but I hadn’t even raised my voice! So I just hung up. I got a call from a lady asking if we'd like to do a will "right from the comfort of our home." She never mentioned which company she worked for and confessed she had no idea who we were. Honestly, she sounded pretty clueless about how to handle phone calls. I almost felt bad for her. If she's on commission, then she’s in for a tough time! Just so you know, we’ve already got a family solicitor, and every one of us has made our wills. This happened just after 1pm on 26.06.14.
