I got a call claiming to be from HMRC, but it was a robot voice saying there was some fraud case against me. They said if I didn't press 1, I’d have a warrant out for my arrest. I haven’t done anything wrong, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Probably, if I’d followed their instructions, they would have tried to get my bank info or have me talk to an expensive number. The number showing up is apparently based in Bolton.
