Some lady named "Jennifer" rang me up, speaking in a really bad English, saying I'd been charged too much on my Sky bill by like £220 and they were gonna sort out a refund. I just said I'd have to actually have a Sky account before worrying about that kinda thing, and then she just hung up. Watch out for those calls!
