i dont speak much english so when i get calls like these, i think its just some sales person. so i just hang up on them now.

yesterday, someone named alex called me from 01204471902, apparently a pensions search thing. they were quite polite but kept pushing for a relative's mobile number in case the person they wanted to speak to wasn't available. i was with my client both times, looking after her, and he mentioned she had agreed to the call and provided her landline. it's worrying how vulnerable older folks get asked to share info with strangers on the phone. i've noticed the last few digits they call from can change depending on the operator's station.
