I received a call today regarding boiler insurance, a service I’ve been attempting to terminate over the phone for what feels like an eternity. To be honest, I don't even recall engaging with this company in the first place. I've already sent a letter expressing my desire to cancel, so I mentioned this to the caller, who assured me he’d make a note of it. The call appeared to originate from Bolton, while the company claims its headquarters are out in Dorset. I’m thoroughly exasperated!
