They said they were calling from 3, so I asked them how much I pay monthly since I’m actually with them, then they just cut me off and ended the call.

Total scam alert! I got a call from someone claiming to be O2, saying they could slash my mobile bill. They wanted to know my monthly charges and asked loads of questions. Thing is, I switched my plan with O2 just last week, so they should already know that stuff if it was legit. Definitely dodgy, not a proper O2 call.
