Got a call from some guy claiming to be from O2, sounded like he was from India or somewhere, and I just cut the call straight away. Moments later, I started getting actual texts from O2 with a security code to recover my account. The official messages kept saying don’t share the code with anyone and to hang up if someone asks for it. Turns out these scammers try to trick you into handing over that code so they can take over your O2 account! Proper phishing attempt, watch out!
