JUST got a call about a car crash. This lady called me before and said her name was SMITH. When I asked which company she was from, she just hung up. Now she's saying she’s in BOLTON, but last time it was LONDON or something like that. CAN someone official please TAKE ACTION against her? I know her voice, so I’m not blocking the number yet. Next time I’ll pretend to agree and try to get some more details from her, but I won’t give her anything about me.
