I paid these lot £3000 for some kitchen stuff but they only gave me part of it. It’s been weeks now and they’re ignoring my emails, calls and even messages on their website. Proper frustrating!

Went through the exact same thing as loads of others here. Had my kitchen dropped off on Thursday 10/3/16 and paid in cash right there. Now I’m stuck with missing bits, the taps and handles aren’t right, and to top it off the bloke who came to measure for them (their guy) did it all wrong - so my appliances just won’t fit properly. Honestly, I’m gutted and totally out of cash to fix any of it. If there was way to complain together as a group, I’d definitely be all for it.

I’m gutted, feel like I’ve been completely duped by these scoundrels. Got a kitchen delivered just before Christmas 2015, only to find out the worktops were wrong and there weren’t enough of them. Plus, they missed 6 door panels and the cornice! It’s the usual story - spent ages on the phone being put on hold, then given the runaround. Their so-called customer service doesn’t even exist anymore, everything has to be sorted through a website, and guess what? No one ever bothers to get back to you. I even contacted Trading Standards and was told to send a formal complaint letter, but without a proper address for the company, it feels like a dead end. Seems like I’m stuck with nothing again... what a farce! If anyone has their contact details, please share. These cheats deserve to be called out.

I’ve experienced this exact issue too. They delivered the wrong parts and the cooker’s still not working properly, been over a year now. They keep saying they’ll pop round to pick up the faulty bits and drop off the right ones when they’re nearby. But honestly, no one ever turns up. Really frustrating.

We ordered our kitchen towards the end of November and arranged for a fitter ourselves to install it just after Christmas. Most of it is in place, but a few bits arrived damaged or not at all, like the drawers and the extractor hood. I spent nearly 12 hours stuck on hold last week before finally reaching customer service. They promised to send the missing and damaged parts either late last week or early this week. Nothing has arrived yet. I've now been waiting on the phone for over three hours and all I get is the automated switchboard. So now we’re stuck with an incomplete kitchen. Also, they sent us the wrong worktop without any heads-up or explanation. Seriously, avoid this company. If anyone knows their address, please could you share it with me?

I’m a landlord, so I would’ve ordered loads of kitchens from them if they were any good. But after this, I’ll definitely be steering clear of this firm.

My kitchen was meant to be installed on 23rd November, and it’s now 22nd December with still no sign of it. If anyone wants to team up, I’d really appreciate it - I think if more of us put in a complaint, we’re more likely to get results. Thanks so much x

They keep taking our money, but when you try to ask about it, they just say it’s coming tomorrow and it never does. Won’t answer calls either. Proper frustrating!

They just grab your cash and disappear, no contact at all!!!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this company is one I wouldn’t trust with my worst enemy. Seriously, unless you’re cool with losing £3000, stay well clear!

Indeed, they are a firm that specialises in kitchens. Having gone through their feedback, it’s clear they’re nothing but a total con. They bombard me with calls throughout the day, but I never pick up. I've made it abundantly clear that I wish for my details to be taken off their list, especially since I've already sorted my kitchen out.

Avoid dealing with this company at all costs - we've been trying ages to sort out the rest of our kitchen parts, but judging by other reviews, it looks like a dead end. These folks show no compassion at all - my elderly parents have been stuck without a proper kitchen and it seems like it might never get finished. Every time we call customer service, we're put on hold forever and get nothing positive back - honestly, I’m not holding out much hope, might just run out of breath first! Do yourself a favour and don’t hand over any cash. If you want to try the designer in West Midlands, Elvis, ring 07974 002043 - though I suspect he’s long gone.

I bought a kitchen from these lot and they didn't send all the bits. After loads of calls, still no luck getting the missing pieces. Turns out they're running a scam - you pay up but never get the full order. Honestly, don't give these crooks your cash. The bloke in charge is Tony Stone, but even if you try emailing, he just ignores you!

Got a text from some kitchen designers out of the blue. This bloke turned up and spent about 15 minutes showing me pictures and door samples. Then he asked for a £100 deposit, which felt a bit dodgy to me. Definitely seems like a scam.

Spotted a post on Facebook about a Stillhaus kit. I’m based in Glasgow, and it mentioned that this lot were after £50 for a bloke to present some samples. Thank goodness we came across this discussion!
