Just got a call from Carter Klay Associates about business rates. Seems like they’re offering some kind of evaluation service. Wondering if anyone else has dealt with them and what their experience was like? They seemed pretty persistent on the phone.

This has got to be a scam. They say there’s a rebate available for the company but won't tell you which organisation they’re with. Feels really dodgy.
