I keep getting calls from 0120431 19xx, but they’re always silent when I answer. It’s nonstop as well, really annoying!

does anyone know who this might be? ive started ignoring calls from unfamiliar numbers lately - and you can’t seem to call this one back either. i get about 4 or 5 calls a day from this or similar 01204 311 bolton numbers. ive told them to take me off their list but they dont stop ringing. my advice to others is if you keep getting calls like this, save the number in your contacts with a note like pension scam, dyson scam or bogus insurance claims, then just dont pick up. its been working for me so far.
