Totally a scam! I got a call from someone claiming to be Vodafone saying I was eligible for an upgrade. When I told them I wasn’t interested in upgrading with Vodafone, they got really annoying and rude, then just hung up on me. I double-checked with Vodafone and they confirmed the number wasn’t theirs.
