9 yearsI recently found myself dialling a company number seeking an employee. I inquired about the individual in question, but it quickly became apparent that I was receiving calls related to "legal, accident, or insurance" matters intended for this person. It had all the hallmarks of a nuisance call. Upon asking for clarification, a rather curt lady snapped back, "Who do you think you're shouting at? He must've handed his details out somewhere, love." I'm fully aware that this chap's information, including his workplace number, has likely been flogging around since an incident involving a company vehicle. Yet, despite this, the woman on the other end exhibited a dreadful phone etiquette, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them with anything legal on my behalf. I requested they take this number off their call list, and as you can guess, she promptly hung up on me.9 yearsI received a rather unpleasant call from this number. The person on the other end hung up abruptly, and when I tried to return the call, she began prattling on about an accident I had months ago. Quite discourteous, if you ask me!
