I received a call purporting to be about my life insurance policy, but it seemed more like an attempt to fish for my personal details. As soon as I started probing for more information, the call suddenly cut off. Very suspicious, if you ask me!

They kept pushing me to check my details right then and there, insisting it had to be done through this "recorded line" and nowhere else. I didn't share anything or keep the conversation going. The caller seemed like they'd fool a lot of people, talking about policies, government updates, and making sure your policy’s in trust so your loved ones don’t miss out. They were pretty pushy and spoke to me like I was daft as well.
