Got a call from someone saying they were Aviva life insurance, they even knew my previous address. When I started asking them questions, they just cut the call.

It’s clearly a scam, with one pretending to be from HMRC and another claiming to be from some energy firm. Honestly, the police should be sorting this and shutting these people down.
