I’ve had this number ring me on my mobile about 4 times over the past week. Today alone it called twice - missed the first and the second time there was no sound at all. The earlier two calls were silent as well.

Had a call from someone named Devlin, who kept talking about "my policy" and heaps of bonuses linked to Covid 19 - bit fishy right from the start. He seemed to know a few bits about me, yet when I asked which life insurance provider he was from, he had no clue! Then I got handed over to a woman called Sue. When I asked outright who they were and how they even got my number, the tone changed quickly and I was told I was "too old" for any benefits, then they just hung up. Watch out for this kind of suspicious call!

My phone showed these calls as possibly being fraud. I picked up but there was nothing but quiet on the other end. This happened a couple of times within two days, each time from a different number.

I didn’t pick up the phone since the caller was from Bolton and showed up as some life insurance company. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Like others have said, this person said they were from our insurance company and wanted to go over our policy. But they never actually mentioned which company they were from. When I asked for more details, the call was abruptly ended.
