3 monthsUnbelievable! I'm a clinical therapist working with a patient online this afternoon. I get a call on our private home number reserved for family emergencies. I ask my patient for a muted moment while I attend to it. It's the same number calling (3 times in the past week). I clock it and interrupt 'James'. I tell him I'm in a meeting, and want him to hang up and delete my number from his call sheet. He gets aggressive and reads his script louder and louder. I respond angrily.
