I’d like to share my experience regarding some callers who initially claimed to be with O2, only to later reverse their statement and suggest they were affiliated with a different company entirely. It’s quite bewildering, honestly! If you happen to take a call from these sorts of individuals, I’d strongly advise exercising a bit of caution. It's probably best to steer clear of any agreements with them.

I was initially informed that these individuals were affiliated with O2, but they soon changed their story, claiming to represent another company instead. They're clearly operating as cold callers, so do tread carefully. I strongly advise against signing up for any phone contracts with them.

I received a call from these individuals who claimed to be part of the sales team. Remarkably, they called us back almost immediately after disconnecting us on the original number, 01359 413100.

I had a missed call from this number and I was quite puzzled as I didn’t recognise it. After some digging, I found out the area code is from Bolton. It’s quite improbable that we know anyone from there.

They were requesting a sum of £200 in advance to enable them to investigate potential mis-selling of payment protection plans or credit agreements linked to loans and credit cards. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
