It was a chap with an Indian accent trying to sell home repair services, but the line was filled with a right racket, sounding just like a call centre. He used the exact same pitch as a previous number from Manchester that I’ve already blocked due to it being flagged as a housing scam! So honestly, I reckon the caller from the “No number” was probably the same one who attempted the call earlier.
