I finally picked up today and asked who was calling and if they could please stop by taking my number off their list. The woman on the phone had an accent but was nice about it and said she would make sure I get taken off their system.

The number didn’t come up on BT Call Guardian, so I’m guessing it was either a scam or from a call centre. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.
