For the past couple of days, I've been getting a load of random calls, either from foreign numbers or ones that show as unavailable. I usually don’t answer now, but when I did before, they were mostly recorded messages trying to scare you about things like internet hacks or data breaches, then telling you to follow some steps. Obviously, I just hang up and block them. They keep ringing back from different numbers every hour or so, so I keep blocking them. After a few days of this nonstop cold calling, they finally seem to give up, but then it starts all over again a few months later. It’s pretty annoying.
