I recently received a rather unexpected cold call. The chap on the other end inquired about speaking to the individual responsible for apprenticeships. Strangely enough, he didn’t bother to introduce himself or mention who he was representing. I informed him that apprenticeships are not something I offer, considering I run a one-man operation here. Almost immediately, he just hung up. Quite odd, really!
