It was rather peculiar when the caller addressed me by my full name right off the bat and asked me to verify it. I acknowledged that it was indeed my name, but I was curious about the purpose of his call. To my surprise, he just abruptly ended the call. Very strange, indeed!

Somebody called me saying the loft insulation I have is no longer legal and won’t do the job properly. They kept pushing this supposed new sprayed insulation you apply straight onto the roof felt, trying to sell me that instead. Quite a hard sell, felt a bit iffy to be honest.
