She told them no since she had already purchased one from Telecom Protection Service, also in Bournemouth, but it never worked. The caller then claimed they could sort out a refund and asked for her details. Thinking it was just a new name for the same company, she gave them her card info. She never saw a refund, but ended up with another device and a charge of £89.99 on her card! Watch out for Do Not Call UK at Unit 2, 20-22 Stratfield Saye, Wellington Road, Bournemouth.
