Got a voicemail saying there were 2 charges on my card - one was £300 to Amazon and another £1000 for something international. No way any bank would leave that sort of info on a voicemail. They said to press 1 or 2 if you wanted to do something about it, but I didn’t press any button, which seems like where things probably went wrong.
